When we step onto our mat in class, we are guided into a practice that leaves us feeling more connected to our mind, body, and breath. But, what do we do when we want to continue experience this connection outside of the studio? A home practice allows us to gain a unique perspective on our body, a deeper connection to self and a practice more attuned to our needs. Discover the tools and techniques to cultivate your own home practice, whether you have 5 or 50 minutes.

Be ready to:

– Learn techniques to set up time and space for yoga at home
– Practice meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) for the home
– Develop a home practice sequence based on your individual needs and interests

This is a fun, eye-opening workshop that will leave you informed and inspired to create a space in your life for yoga at home. Props are available, but feel free to bring your own.

Cost- $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
