Jordan is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor in the hatha tradition. She was certified through Lotus Yoga Dallas and studied under Jennifer Hensley. Jordan strives to teach from a place of humility and compassion having recently transformed her life and body to lose over 90 pounds. She discovered yoga and it was essential in her weight loss journey. Finding a deeper love for her practice, she decided to share her joy and become a certified yoga teacher. Her degree in psychology gives her a great passion for the emotional mind/body connection and she encourages all her students to find strength, flexibility, and peace in every class.

Jordan strongly believes that yoga has something to offer everyone, no-matter what your body type, activity level, or age.
