Christy’s yoga practice began in college leading her to the world of health and wellness, where she pursued her masters in Nutrition and Applied Physiology. She then completed her certifications as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Registered Dietitian.

She believes the key to long-term health and enjoyment is through an integration of lifestyle components including good food, enjoyable exercise, and a healthy balance of stresses. She blends her background in physiology with her studies of yoga/philosophy including katonah yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, taoism (chinese 5 element theory), and sacred geometry to create a well-informed, well-balanced class.

Christy just moved from NYC and could not be more excited to be a part of the Lotus and Dallas community!
