Chelsea has been practicing yoga for eight years. In the early days, she found yoga as a relaxing complement to her gym practice. She was hooked after the first savasana and over time, yoga became a focus in and of itself.

Chelsea completed her 200-hour yoga teaching certificate with Jen Hensley at Lotus Yoga Dallas in 2016. After years of toying with the idea of a yoga teaching program, she realized there was no time like the present to help bring the joy of yoga to other students. Her teaching style melds strength with relaxation in a vinyasa/flow-based practice.

She sees yoga as a lifelong journey and hopes to inspire others along the way.
