Jen is owner and director of Lotus. She is 500 hour certified in the Hatha tradition and has practiced yoga for over 20 years.

Jen teaches from a place of compassion and believes in exploring the deep mind/body connection. She encourages awareness of how the body works, incorporating mindful movements that will allow the practitioner to find strength, an open heart, and a clear mind. Through the work of asana flow with conscious breath in movement, students harness their energy to find flexibility and cardiovascular health. She is passionate about the benefits of a dedicated yoga practice and seeks to offer something for every body- all ages, shapes, sizes, and levels of fitness.

Jen offers private lessons and a 200 hour teacher training.
