Is this hot yoga?

This is not hot yoga. We keep the room at a comfortable temperature and use overhead fans as needed.

What do I need to bring?

Give yourself about 10 minutes before class time starts to settle in at the studio. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. You have the option of wearing socks, but barefoot is ideal. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but we do provide mats and other props as well. A towel and water are helpful in the vigorous classes.

What if I’m not flexible or strong, can I do yoga?

You’re in the right place! Flexibility comes when the muscles develop strength. We will teach you how to understand the functions of your body and how to safely stretch so that you will develop more flexibility in time.

Can I eat before class?

We suggest giving your digestive system a rest at least an hour before class. Once you start practicing regularly, you will understand your needs better and will know what works best for you.

How do I get started?

Please visit our online scheduling system and create your profile. You can register for classes or make appointments and even pay online, so you will have everything taken care of before you come to the studio. If you have any trouble with the online system, don’t worry; we can take care of everything at the studio.
