Every month we owe it ourselves to take time to reconnect, recharge, and restart. Meditation is a wonderful practice for relieving anxiety and depression leading to better sleep, increased focus, and greater health overall.

Suggested minimum donation of $10 (cash only please), where 50% of all donations will benefit a local charity.

Whether you have never meditated before or you’re looking to learn new techniques and begin taking your practice deeper, this session will give you that needed restart for your month and help support our local community.
