Naomi’s yoga journey began following an injury that ended her career as a ballet dancer.  She found that practicing yoga not only began to heal her body, but also slowly started to heal the deep emotional wounds that were left by her injury. The practice and philosophy of yoga continues to teach her the importance of compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance of herself and her own body. Her passion lies in helping people heal their bodies and minds, and to cultivate unity and peace through yoga.

Naomi received her 200 hour certification in 2012. She teaches different styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Deep Stretch, Restorative Yoga, Core, and Yoga for Dancers.  Her classes emphasize linking movements with the breath, unifying mind and body, safe and effective alignment and muscle activation, and learning to listen to your own body and treat it with care and compassion.
