As a ballet dancer and instructor, Megan has been a passionate student of movement, the human body, health, and nutrition for most of her life. After dabbling in yoga classes throughout her ballet training, she began a consistent and rewarding practice upon moving to Dallas in 2011. She found that yoga improved her strength, flexibility, and helped alleviate pain associated with injuries sustained during her professional dance career. After discovering the benefits of yoga, it only seemed natural to become a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

Megan’s extensive dance background and almost 10 years of teaching experience allows her to break down movement and poses for students in a safe and accessible way. She places great emphasis on alignment and muscle engagement while creating a fun and friendly environment.
