Enhance your yoga practice with a focus on proper alignment in standing poses. Experience mindful and appropriate adjustments that will allow you to deepen your practice safely. *Fulfills 2 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements.
*Review selected standing poses with an emphasis on the anatomy of the body and how it relates to certain pose alignments
*Experience and practice appropriate hands-on adjustments
*Discuss common problem areas in the body and how to modify or adjust for them
