Raised in the Dallas heat, Bryan’s time outside in a pool is what birthed his love for fitness. Bryan swam competitively through college, and is currently training to swim the English Channel in 2013. With 9+ years of personal training experience, 4 years working as a Physical Therapist at some of Texas’ best hospitals, as well as his own disciplined daily workout regimen, Bryan offers a comprehensive wealth of fitness knowledge that can be equally admired for it’s creative approach to health/wellness. Bryan is owner of local fitness company, Keep Dallas Fit.
