Enhance your yoga practice with a focus on proper alignment in seated poses. Experience the variety of poses available while seated and learn appropriate adjustments that will help you to deepen your practice safely. Fulfills 2 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements.
*Explore the wide range of seated poses with an emphasis on finding deep stretch, proper alignment, and strong muscle engagement.
*Experience appropriate hands-on adjustments and learn how the use of props can help support and deepen the pose.
*Discuss common problem areas in the body and how to modify or adjust for them.
