Bob started practicing yoga in Dallas in the 1980’s, but got out of the habit while raising his two children. After watching his aging parents’ balance and range of motion decline, he decided that when he got old he was going to be an agile, sharp witted little yogi. He got back into yoga and practiced many different styles at many different studios in the Dallas area until he found Lotus and knew that he had finally found his “yoga home”. After seeing the physical, spiritual and emotional benefits yoga brought to him, he decided to take yoga teacher training to broaden his knowledge of this age old practice.

Bob completed yoga teacher training with Jen in 2017 and is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour RYT who continues to study yoga and yoga philosophy.

Bob believes that a healthy and happy life can be achieved through diet, regular exercise and inner study. He practices yoga and meditation daily and when he is not on his mat, you can find him outdoors or on his bicycle.
