At Lotus Yoga Dallas, our community of teachers seeks to enrich the lives of our students. Our classes range from deep, restorative stretch and therapeutic massage to more vigorous, energetic flow in movement. Students will find an array of opportunities to explore the depth of a dedicated yoga practice.
